Keith has managed the Residential Living Center since it opened in 1992.  Keith has a degree in Health Care Administration, and more importantly, takes tremendous pride as a member of this family-owned business.  Although Keith runs the day-to-day operations of the facility, his main priority is to ensure that the residents of RLC are receiving the highest quality of care.

Kathy has been a nurse for 22 years.  She has been employed with King Management for 7 of those years.  Kathy works closely with residents, their families, doctors, hospitals, and many other agencies to ensure each resident's transition to assisted living is a pleasant, stress-free experience.  She approaches each resident as a unique individual and meets their needs on a one on one basis in many different situations.  Her goal as nurse manager is to provide quality care and show kindness and compassion to all who come here to live.

Sharon enjoys each day working with the residents.  Our facility has several activities for each individual.  They enjoy BINGO twice a week and once a month on Saturdays.  Upon Sharon's arrival to RLC over a year ago, she has implemented new and creative activities including the Book Club.  Sharon enjoys taking residents on outings to different parts of Illinois to discover interesting history and beautiful scenery.  Included in the RLC activity agenda is weekly church groups and volunteers who devote their time singing, leading Bible Study, and hosting Trivia games.  Sharon takes very much pride in what she does.  Her main goal is to make sure that the residents are active and happy living here at RLC.  She has been working in the health care field for 30 years and says she "learns something every day by just taking the time to just sit and talk with the residents."

Carl oversees the dietary department.  Carl takes part in fixing breakfasts and lunches.  He is in charge of ordering and planning meals, and is very accommodating to residents' likes, dislikes, and dietary restrictions.  Carl likes to make sure everyone is fed and happy.  Carl graduated University of Florida in 2001 for Dietary Management with over 30 years of experience.  You will also see Carl taking charge at special events and family dinners.
